So I haven’t been blogging much these last couple of days and a friend of mine who doesn’t have Instagram wondered why I didn’t have any new designs. Ha ha, I guess I have gotten you used to my frequent posts, but sometimes life gets in between.
I have been in a little bit of slump I feel so it’s not as fun to post the ones I’m not as happy about. But I got to do my mom’s super tiny little nubbins and that was so much fun. She never does her nails and have to keep them short for her violin playing.
The base was Essie ‘Spin the bottle’, a gorgeous shade on my mom and suitable when you aren’t used to wearing bright colors.
Then I did a white mani where I striped off a glitter topper from another indie brand called Drip Drop Nailpaint, it looks crisp and fresh. But the grey weather didn’t give me any good light so you can’t really see how pretty ‘Stairway to heaven’ is.
Then I continued with my striping all over the place, using Essie ‘Find me an oasis’ and ‘Meet the parents’ and painted some random flowers (of course, I’m getting so predictable) on top. A bit disappointed with my idea, it turned out ok but my mojo is really hiding somewhere.
I really like the striping with flowers. The colours are nice and it has a spring vibe to it.
Thank you so much hunni π
