I’ve seen som beige nails taped off naked nails from New York Fashion Week, to bad I couldn’t find my reference now. If you know at which show it was please comment below. Anyway it inspired me to do these nude, gradient, color blocked and striped nails. Not so subtle any more I guess but I like it. A lot.
I used OPI ‘My vampire is buff’, Essie ‘Cocktails & cocnuts’ and Liquid Sky Lacquer ‘Cloudy day latte’. I’ve had a really bad break on my pointer all the way down on my nail bed, so I’ve tried to patch it up with tea bag and nail glue. A lot of buffing later I still have a huge bump on my nail, I hope it doesn’t show to much on the pictures and fingers crossed it holds up.

I just read it recent post, I’m so so art sweetie! I know the feeling, at the end of last year my nails had gotten long, well for me long haha, then my thumb nail broke off on the side, it looked horrible but I filed it and it looked ok, then my middle finger did the same, I kinda felt sick cuz it took me a while to get my nails that long and strong.. but I guess they weren’t strong enough =( ended up chopping them all off. Then I wore fake nails for a while which destroyed my nails, made them super weak, now they r finally growing back!
Well, we just have to rock them nubbies 👍
